I loved spending time here. The place was perfect. Generally the service was excellent, the room was well presented with tea, the children to be entertained, for instance. The staff were genuinely helpful and a delicious breakfast was provided.

The hotel was in the best possible location adjacent to northern England, The Granville for a number of years now, and the water park and beach. The room was well presented here with 2 TVs, bunk beds, as for instance. The staff was excellent and very informative, as well as owner.

Spent my time really good here, I thoroughly enjoyed the place. The room I had was beautifully presented and brand-new with bunk beds, tea, as example. The staff were very informative and helpful and the location was magnificent right across the road from the Waterpark. The main bar was nice with some great food. The breakfasts were marvellous and delicious and the service was excellent.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, I would book again, liked the stay. All is fantastic, I had a nice weekend. The room is beautifully maintained and en suite, comes with bunk beds and coffee plus the children to be entertained. The staff are outstandingly helpful and professional and ready to help if you need anything. At the main bar they serve amazing food and drinks.
